After waiting another three days, I sent another email asking for an update and mentioned that I would like to cancel if the item hadn’t been started, as it wouldn’t arrive in time for the intended birthday gift. They replied, agreeing to cancel the order, which clearly indicates that the timeline on their website is misleading. If you’re considering ordering a personalized gift from them, make sure to allow more than two weeks for the process. Now, I’m just hoping for a refund and no further complications with this company.
