I have to admit, I’m genuinely astonished by the sheer beauty of this maxine ring. I ordered a pair, and although I’m still waiting for the second one due to it being on backorder, the first one has left me speechless. It’s undeniably stunning, and this place has truly exceeded my expectations. The packaging is just as impressive, including a lovely ring holder, a jewelry cleaning cloth, and an envelope containing care instructions.
On my left hand, I wear my authentic diamond wedding ring and band, while I have this new ring on my right hand, and it’s nearly impossible to tell them apart. In fact, my Maxine ring appears slightly brighter and more radiant. I was initially hesitant about this purchase, wondering if the actual product would match the images on their website, but now I’m absolutely convinced. I couldn’t be happier with it.

The ring I received was truly stunning, just as portrayed on the website. It looked fantastic, and my fiancé proposed to me with it on March 23rd. Regrettably, after only three days of wearing the ring, which is part of a 3-ring set, one of the stones on the delicate criss-cross band came loose and fell out. This was incredibly disheartening, as I’m always cautious with my jewelry and did nothing that would cause the stone to fall out.
Upon contacting Maxine Jewelry and providing them with photos and an explanation of the situation, they asked me to send the ring back to their location in China. However, I know that the shipping costs and the associated hassle would far outweigh the value of this set, which was priced at $167.
It would have been a more satisfactory solution if Maxine had offered to replace only the defective ring, based on the photo evidence I provided. In hindsight, I should have paid closer attention to the fact that the company is based in China. Still, I’m not willing to cover the shipping and customs fees to return a faulty ring. Instead, I’ll search for a replacement from a more trustworthy company.

CAUTION TO POTENTIAL BUYERS! I’ve been attempting to exchange a ring for over a month now, and it’s been a frustrating experience. Each time I contact them, they keep responding with claims that they’re “working on it,” but there’s been no progress. They advertise a 30-day exchange or refund policy, yet they don’t seem to follow through on that promise.
I visited their website and followed their return policy instructions, completing the return/exchange form as required. But when I took it to the post office and filled out a customs form, I was told by the postal clerk that Maxine doesn’t accept any jewelry returns. How can that be, considering that’s their main product? It’s utterly disappointing. Now I’m left with a low-quality ring that didn’t meet the expectations set by their advertisement. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company!
