When I first bought a bracelet from Bayam Jewelry, it arrived with defects, so I sent it back. They promptly sent me a replacement, which I received quickly. However, when I took the new bracelet to a jeweler for resizing, they informed me that the clasp had been installed with a pin that was too small, causing it to not lay flat on my arm when closed. Although I don’t want to keep this item, I can’t get a refund, so I’ll hold onto it. Nevertheless, I won’t be making any further purchases from Bayam Jewelry.

If it had broken while he was wearing it, my $300 gift would have been lost without any chance of recovery. The quality is disappointing. I had to spend another $100 to have a new clasp installed. The jeweler who replaced the clasp confirmed that the original one was weak and beyond repair. I’ve contacted the company about this issue, and I’m still waiting for their response.
