    This company is shady. You can’t talk to anyone who actually works for the company. I’ve been waiting on a response from someone that I believe is in the Philippines who has been telling me they have been reaching out to the company daily and never get a response. While it may not be top-tier quality, its certainly worth the investment. The value of the cost is undeniable.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with Bayam Jewelry and would give them a 0-star rating if possible. My experience with them has been nothing short of horrible. I was scammed and subsequently overcharged, resulting in them owing me money. Their lack of customer concern is evident, and its baffling how they expect to maintain any sort of lasting customer relationship with such poor service. Their business practices are questionable and bordering on shady and scam-like behavior. I have never encountered such mistreatment as a customer, and I wouldnt even recommend their services to my worst enemy. Their actions are shameful and embarrassing, and I doubt their business will survive in the long run with such practices in place.

    Once again, I find myself reluctantly awarding a star when its entirely undeserved. Negative stars should be an option, yet here we are. The response I received from Bayam Jewelry was nothing more than an automated message, the same one Ive seen before. This reinforces my suspicion that theyre not genuinely addressing individual customer concerns. This saga began on July 24 when I fell victim to their deception – they took my money and sent the wrong chain. A sum of $50.44 is owed to me, and its been a frustrating ordeal trying to get it back. Their lack of response to emails and unanswered calls only fuels my frustration.

    Its baffling to comprehend why a supposedly legitimate company would subject a new customer to this kind of treatment. Is this some elaborate scam? They must surely be aware of the situation. A simple resolution would involve refunding the owed amount via Zelle, but that seems to be beyond them. Despite providing them with all the necessary details, theres been no action on their part. Even when they supposedly contacted me from another department, the outcome was still the same – no progress, no solution.

    The notion of multiple departments delaying communication doesnt hold up under scrutiny. This situation has left me furious and disheartened. Having invested over $1500 as a new customer, this treatment is beyond disrespectful. Im left feeling robbed, overcharged, and completely disregarded. Its now a plea to fellow readers: can you help me understand why they wont return my money? Im not affluent, and this purchase was a significant endeavor for me. Being owed money and ignored is a bitter pill to swallow. Is this right by any standard? Im at a loss for what to do next. Im appealing to you, fellow consumers, to unite and demand accountability. Lets see if our collective voice can compel them to take action. Its worth a shot – as consumers, we need to stand together.

    I ordered an 11mm, 22 inch sterling silver herringbone which took a WHOLE WEEK to get here. And when I finally got the necklace it was a 7mm 20 inch necklace so I called to let them know and when I was trying to explain to the Bayam rep. she was talking over me and hanged up on me and when I called back she just let the phone ring. Ive bought jewelry from Bayam on many occasions, but this is the last time. Now Im out of my money for something I didnt receive.

    The bracelet I purchased is BEAUTIFUL, solid and has a nice feel but was too small. Its cut nicely and has a lovely sparkle. I emailed the company and they responded immediately. I have the opportunity to take advantage of added cash since I am upgrading and only need to pay the difference. This made my decision to upgrade very easy. I will update once I receive my upgraded bracelet.

    Had a problem with the financing so I decided to cancel the order 2 days later before it was sent to me the finance company agreed but bayam Customer Service employee was very rude was not helpful and basically told me theres nothing they could do because it was already sent and they couldnt cancel the order and I had checked in the order still is in New York actually it was in New Jersey so on that experience I will never shop with bayam again… and I didnt have a problem with them not able to cancel my order my problem was the customer service person was very rude and made me feel like I was helpless in that situation and couldnt get in nowhere whatsoever with them so on that note I will never shop there again
