We were able to enjoy our engagement for only two days before having to send the ring back for correction. It has been almost a month since we shipped the ring back for repair. We are quite unhappy, as we were informed that the platinum band was already prepared. Why is it taking a month to fix? This is even longer than the time it took to create the ring initially.
