The description mentioned that an appraisal covers various aspects of a diamond or gemstone, including cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. However, it turns out that the appraisal only focuses on the diamond itself, not the entire piece. Despite this, the rings appearance is stunning, and I must say the support I received was fantastic. Seeking a replacement, I returned to the store only to be told that opals are not covered by the warranty. Its frustrating as there was no prior warning about this possibility, and my mother wasnt provided with any information regarding this issue when she made the purchase less than a year ago. I had simply been wearing the ring. This experience has left me with a $600 piece of worthless jewelry. Its important to exercise caution when considering purchases from Keyzar Jewelry, as their lack of customer support is evident. It appears that Keyzar Jewelers does not prioritize their customers concerns.

My experience with Keyzar Jewelry has left me greatly disappointed. My fiancé ordered my engagement ring in platinum, but upon delivery, we discovered it wasnt made of platinum. Our engagement joy lasted only 2 days before we had to send the ring back for proper crafting. Its been almost a month since then, and were still waiting for the corrected ring. This delay is frustrating, especially considering they claimed to have the platinum band ready. It took longer to fix the issue than to create the ring originally.

Regrettably, upon receiving the ring from Keyzar Jewelry, we noticed that the moissanite stone appeared quite cloudy. Instead of returning it immediately, we tried cleaning it in hopes of improving its sparkle. However, the cloudiness persisted shortly after. A friend with a moissanite from a different jeweler has a stone that shines brilliantly. Its disappointing that Keyzar Jewelry wasnt more helpful, only offering to clean the ring upon shipment back to them. While the rings design is exquisite, the poor quality of the moissanite is disheartening.

However, I found their packaging choice to be lacking. The ring was enclosed in a relatively small box that lacked adequate support, resulting in the ring box being jostled around during transit. Unfortunately, this led to the internal light within the box shattering due to the rough handling.
Another aspect that left room for improvement was the absence of care instructions for the ring. Clear guidelines on how to maintain the pieces longevity and sparkle would have been appreciated but were notably missing.
One significant letdown was their choice of delivery service. The packages delayed arrival, nearly a month beyond the expected time, was certainly disappointing. This delay was exacerbated by the fact that the item in question was an engagement ring – a symbol of immense significance. The unprofessional conduct of the delivery service only added to my dissatisfaction.
Despite these challenges, I must acknowledge that Keyzar Jewelrys communication was generally commendable. Their willingness to engage and provide updates was appreciated and reflects positively on their customer-centric approach.
In conclusion, Keyzar Jewelry has its merits and areas that need refinement. While the product quality was impressive, packaging and delivery concerns marred the overall experience. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance the customer journey and inspire greater confidence in the brand. If these aspects were rectified, I would not hesitate to consider future purchases from Keyzar Jewelry.

I purchased a ring from Keyzar and once it was received, I wanted to exchange the stone. There were a lot of issues going on with payment methods ( no fault to Keyzar ) but they were extremely kind, patient, and super HELPFUL as I was working through these issues. They were kind enough to put the stone I wanted on hold until I resolved the payment issue. The ring is finally here and I am in love. It was well worth all of the technical difficulties. My fiancé thought it would be better if I chose my ring and I’m glad he did because this one from Keyzar is the ring of my dreams! It has everything I ever wanted: a thin band and beautiful center stone. Such great quality worth the price. It took them about 2.5 weeks to complete my ring and shipping was overnight. They let me know when my ring was being packaged and would soon be picked up my Fedex. The packaging is gorgeous as well, it comes in a bigger jewelry box that you could use to store your personal jewelry, along with a traditional ring box.

The website made it very easy to pick out a stone and setting for my ring! I love that I could visually see what it would look like. I was hesitant to buy online instead of seeing things in person. The turn around was pretty quick and the delivery was tracked and needed my signature. I appreciated that. I LOVE my new ring. It is gorgeous and so perfect! One thing I wish I could do was to see the stone from a different angle. The stones rotate, but if there was an option to see the stone move from top to bottom and left and right, that would be ideal. I am sensitive to the bow-tie effect in my pear shaped stone, and it is difficult to see from just the rotation view.

I absolutely love my ring, but the customer service is horrible! My band busted in a very small dainty part of the band out of no where & with that I ended up losing a side diamond. My fiancé got ahold of them explaining what happened and they said they could replace the diamond but couldn’t fix the band. Now how am I going to get a diamond into a broken band? Then they said they could fix the band but it was going to cost around $1000. Which isn’t much less than what my ring cost in the first place? Just really disheartening. Now I’m stuck with a broken ring….
