I’ve bought from this store twice and the jewelry is truly lovely. However, when it comes to ring sizes, it’s essential to double-check your regular size because the rings tend to feel quite tight. Despite washing my hands and wearing perfume, the jewelry has remained unchanged.
I did try to contact them by email to inquire about returning some rings that didn’t fit properly, but I never received a response. Consequently, I ended up giving those rings away since they didn’t fit comfortably.

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a necklace for my mom for Mother’s Day, and within two weeks, the color had entirely scratched off the charm as if it were low-quality nail polish. Since it was just a couple of days past the two-week mark when we noticed the issue and it wasn’t tarnished, they refused to address it. Additionally, I bought a bracelet whose charm has since fallen off, leaving only a plain gold bangle. The customer service was terrible, and all they offered was a 30% discount on my next order, as if I would purchase from them again after they wouldn’t refund or exchange my mom’s disappointing gift.
