I appreciate that they offer affordable yet attractive jewelry, particularly their sterling silver pieces. However, I have had issues with some of their products. Specifically, three bracelets and one ring lost stones, while two bracelets broke.
Considering the fact that this happened within a two-year period, I was disappointed with the quality of these items. As a result, I have discovered that I can find similar pieces on Ebay and Etsy that are not only cheaper, but also made more durably. Some are even vintage or imported directly from India. While these alternatives may not offer the same range of options as Ross Simons, I simply can’t afford to invest in jewelry that won’t hold up over time.

After returning it, they sent me a replacement bracelet, but I was disappointed to find that the gold was so flimsy that I could bend it with my fingernail.
When I requested a refund, they only offered me store credit. I called to complain, but the first person hung up on me and the second seemed annoyed with my concerns. When I finally spoke with a supervisor, he told me that their products are only designed to last about 6 months. I spent $500 on a bracelet that didn’t even last that long, and now I have nothing to show for it. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company, as their quality is clearly subpar.
