In December, I made a purchase for Valentine’s Day, but I did not receive it until two months later. This caused a major setback in my sales. The customer service experience was quite unsatisfactory. They made it difficult for me to return damaged items, as well as items that I decided I no longer wanted and had not yet opened. Communication via email was also slow, which added to my frustration. While some of the products were acceptable, the poor customer service experience has caused me to lose faith in this company and I will not be making any future purchases from them.

I made a purchase for an elementary school holiday shop and spent more than $200, but I never received anything. When I contacted the seller, they initially claimed that the shipment had been delivered by the US post office and advised me to file a complaint with the government. However, the tracking information later indicated that FedEx had delivered it. According to FedEx’s policy, if a shipment originates from China, the seller must initiate the claim. Unfortunately, Nihao Jewelry refused to do so, which has led me to dispute the transaction through my credit card company. My experience with this seller has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them, as they appear to be operating dishonestly.
