I recently made my first purchase from Olivia Jewelry, buying three rings – one for my sister’s daughter and one for each of my twins. The girls were overjoyed with their gifts, and I was delighted with my purchase, as they all received matching rings. The rings are both beautiful and charming. The only downside is that the adjustable rings are slightly too large for my 15-year-old twins, who usually wear a size 5. Despite my reassurance that overlapping the closure at the bottom would be fine, they opted to wear the rings on their thumbs. Overall, I’m thrilled with the rings and plan to order from Olivia Jewelry again.

I bought some lovely jewelry during a cruise, but they didn’t have the time to size it properly. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times to address the issue. I only received two responses, and it’s taken weeks to have a brief conversation. Moreover, they never provided the return label for the jewelry and are not replying to my emails. This experience has been quite frustrating.

1) I purchased two rings simultaneously: one for my daughter’s October birthday and one for Christmas. They arrived promptly and looked stunning. However, they can’t be sterling silver as advertised – one turned pink after just a week of wear. The other ring lasted slightly longer, but both are now pink and appear inexpensive. It’s disheartening. I contacted customer service for assistance, and they provided care instructions. My daughter had already been following those steps; besides, sterling silver should withstand water exposure for a significant period before tarnishing – mine have lasted for years before turning black. Despite several attempts to obtain the promised “satisfaction guarantee,” the company has ceased communication with me. Their last email stated they would forward my concern to management – in other words, I’m left hanging. Poor quality and poor service. I won’t be shopping here again.
2) HORRIBLE RINGS!!!!!! Bought three and they turned our fingers green!!!! One in less then a month!!! Others in three months!!! They will not honor their warranty!!!! Gold layer is VERY THIN!!! Quality of a free ring at your local fair!! After receiving them, I mailed them to my family and they were worn between Feb-April and it took awhile to figure out how to contact Olivia to request a refund and they would not honor it!! Complete junk!!!!!! No phone number to call! They just email you back and say only 30 days for refund!!
