Extremely disappointed with Olivia Jewelrys rings. I purchased three, and within a short time, they caused our fingers to turn green. The gold layer is incredibly thin and feels like low-quality material. Despite wearing them only between February and April, the deterioration was rapid. Unfortunately, their customer service is unresponsive and wont honor their warranty. The overall quality is far below expectations, resembling cheap fairground rings. A regrettable purchase experience.

I contacted them right away and they assured me theyd send the correct item with express delivery. However, its been 17 days, and despite my follow-ups, the item is still not dispatched. Their lack of organization, poor communication, and empty promises are frustrating. Ive now requested a refund, but I doubt Ill receive it. Their customer service has been unsatisfactory.

I purchased the fidget ring from Olivia Jewelry for my daughters 30th birthday. Sadly, shes worn it for less than a week and the ring is already tarnished. Even worse, her finger has turned green from wearing it. I intend to reach out to Olivias Jewelry to express my dissatisfaction, but considering the numerous similar reviews, Im not optimistic about receiving a response. I wish I could give Olivia Jewelry a rating of 0, thats how disappointed I am. I ordered 3 mystery rings and received 3 identical fidget rings that were supposed to be sterling silver, but they are far from it. These items are available on multiple sites for as low as 99p. I regret not checking reviews before purchasing. Interestingly, only fake 5-star reviews seem to be allowed on their page, and returning the items to Australia for a refund seems like a hassle.

Similar to many others, I also bought the Hi & low daughter ring from Olivia Jewelry for my daughter, and she loved it at first. However, my experience took a turn when I realized that the websites claim of the ring is “guaranteed not to tarnish” and made of sterling silver was inaccurate. The ring is not made of sterling silver.
Upon discovering this discrepancy, I attempted to initiate a return or refund, but the company refused. Their response was to offer a discount on my next purchase, which is not a viable solution for me. This situation raises concerns about the companys ethical practices. It seems that they are misleading customers by providing false information about the quality and materials of their products.
Considering the number of people who seem to be facing the same issue, actions must be taken to address these concerns. While Im not sure how to report a non-UK company to trading standards, I believe its necessary to bring attention to this matter. Taking money under pretenses is unjust, and customers should be able to trust that the information provided by a company accurately represents their products.

HORRIBLE RINGS!!!!!! Bought three and they turned our fingers green!!!! One in less then a month!!! Others in three months!!! They will not honor their warranty!!!! Gold layer is VERY THIN!!! Quality of a free ring at your local fair!! After receiving them, I mailed them to my family and they were worn between Feb-April and it took awhile to figure out how to contact Olivia to request a refund and they would not honor it!! Complete junk!!!!!! No phone number to call! They just email you back and say only 30 days for refund!!
