I got my pendant yesterday, and it’s even more stunning now that I’m wearing it. I initially didn’t buy it while on a Caribbean trip because the chain was too short, but Effy’s customer service team solved my issue, and now I adore it! I went on an NCL Getaway cruise in January, and the Effy team onboard was incredible. Dan from their NYC office was present, and I ended up buying seven pieces. My niece is also a huge fan of their jewelry. A huge thank you to Effy’s amazing staff and their stunning pieces!

The tanzanite earrings I received were stunning! However, I was let down by the fact that one of the posts was crooked, which seemed like something quality control should have caught. This was quite disappointing, and as a result, I won’t be shopping at Effy Stores anymore – I’ll stick to browsing their website for future purchases.

I purchased an Effy ring as a wedding gift for my wife during our honeymoon on a Princess cruise. Later, we discovered that a diamond had fallen out, so we contacted Effy. They asked us to send the item back under warranty and provided a postage label, assuring us it was insured. We shipped the ring via FedEx, but unfortunately, they lost it. When we reached out to Effy, they told us to deal with FedEx directly. However, the label Effy created only entitled us to $100 compensation, which is less than 10% of the ring’s cost. Effy has stopped responding to our messages, leaving us with a loss of over $1000 and a disheartened wife with no gift to show for it.
