I ordered two keyrings with photos of my beloved fur baby Ruby, who recently passed away. Im extremely pleased with the quality of the photos, and the keyrings have a unique on/off switch that involves a slight turn of the top part. However, I have a minor concern that my husbands keyring fell off the holder part once, luckily it was in his pocket. This has me worried about the security of the keyring. Despite this, the keyrings are stunning, and the ability to change the light colors adds depth to them. I would highly recommend them, but please be aware that the on/off switch only requires a tiny turn. Also, keep in mind that they come from China, so they did take quite some time to arrive.

My frustration came to a head when I ordered a long yellow-gold chain to wear with a pendant. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by its tarnished and gray appearance—strikingly different from the gold pendant I intended to pair it with. Unfortunately, I missed the window for refunds or returns, and dealing with it seems more of a hassle than its worth.
Its disappointing to see the decline in quality from a brand that initially stood out as a beacon of quality in the world of costume jewelry. While Im still drawn to their designs, my recent experiences have led me to question whether the investment is truly worth it.

Not recommended. While their customer support was okay, the quality of their products was disappointing. It almost seemed that they never controlled or quality check what they ship to their customers, so we received impaired items. They were apologetic about this, but the process of shipping back the items to them was too tedious and expensive, so I just had to charge it to experience.
