I received a beautiful ring from Ritani, although there was a bit of confusion regarding its design. The image suggested a semi-eternity band, but it turned out to be a full-terternity band. Despite this, Im content with my purchase. However, Ritanis tracking communication could use improvement. They dont provide direct shipping info for security reasons, which is understandable, but clearer tracking updates are essential. My ring arrived unexpectedly today, even though the tracking indicated it would be delivered next Tuesday, which caused a slight inconvenience.

After about a week, I received an email with the wrong customer name, stating that the diamonds I had chosen were also unavailable and that the websites price was incorrect. This ordeal wasted a week of my time, and I am left thoroughly dissatisfied with Ritanis bait-and-switch tactics and poor customer experience. I strongly advise considering other jewelers and bypassing Ritani altogether.

I am delighted with my ring and wedding band from Ritani. Despite my hands-on work, Ive been pleasantly surprised by their durability so far. Now, let me share my mixed experience with their customer service. One definite positive is that everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous.
However, my journey through their customer service involved working with several different representatives, which led to some confusion. The reason behind this was my attempt to exchange and upgrade my engagement ring. My fiancé and I had each picked out a different ring, and even though I expressed my dislike for his choice, he went ahead and purchased it anyway.
As I navigated the exchange process, each representative provided conflicting information from the previous one. After settling on a new ring and confirming the plan, I received a price quote for the transaction. However, a week or two later, I was shocked to receive a new quote that was significantly higher than the initially discussed price – way beyond what I was willing to pay.
At this point, I had to assert myself and insist that I would only proceed with the original price or Id prefer to keep my old ring. Luckily, the representative I was working with reviewed my chat history and records, which showed the quoted price I had received earlier. Fortunately, they agreed to honor the originally quoted price.
Though the situation was eventually resolved in my favor, the back-and-forth communication and discrepancies in pricing were quite a hassle. Despite this, I remain content with the result and the beautiful ring I now have.

The diamond was stunning just needed to dig through reports to find it. Setting was good too. The biggest issue and why its only 3 stars is for Candian customers resizing/repair times are ridiculous. The request was submitted June 13th, it is now July 7th with no shipping label provided. I called 3 times and was told a shipping label would be provided in a day or two. I will just get it resized locally. So if you will be needing resize or repair maybe just buy the loose stone and avoid setting at all cost.

Not only did they return the ring with a different band after a simple repair, but they also repeatedly sent it to the wrong location and failed to recall the package. It took hours of time to push and prod them to finally make it right after 2 months. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer care is deeply disappointing. I cannot in good conscience recommend Ritani based on our experience.

I purchased from them in December of 22. After about 3 months, I sent the ring back to get resized after I asked for one of their sizing guides they have. Then after 5 months, being the pain in the butt I am, thought she would like a different setting. After Calling and speaking to a supervisor, they approved it. Thank god. The ring was beautiful before but my girlfriend like plain settings. So I made it into the perfect ring. And this was outside their window of returns. And they were so accommodating. Thank you Ritani. I received it the other day and I’m so excited to present it to her. I also changed it to platinum. White gold tends to wear off after time. Especially on a ring. Platinum is forever. They have great customer service. Although I like to purchase from a store in person, so I can see the product, this was just as good. Thank you again
