The clasps on the hoop earrings I received dont connect securely, and Im concerned about their durability during wear. While Im not thrilled about the idea of paying for return postage, I attempted to use pliers to adjust the base where theyre supposed to connect. However, I doubt this will provide a lasting solution for wearing them comfortably. Its disappointing because Ive had no issues with previous purchases, making this experience frustrating. I had an unsatisfactory experience with Netaya Jewelry. The pearl and diamond earrings I ordered were disappointing in quality. The gemstones, if they can be called that, lacked air holes and seemed poorly crafted. Even the pearls appeared to be manufactured and not of freshwater origin. The “sterling silver” aspect was questionable, as it was only half stamped on the earring backs, raising doubts about whether it was genuine sterling or simply silver-plated. These earrings appeared comparable to ones found on platforms like TEMU or Wish for a fraction of the cost. This has been my first disappointment with Netaya Jewelry, despite having been a customer for a while.

I received my order, but Im quite disappointed. I ordered half-carat studs, but I received 1/4-carat ones instead. I cant gift these to my sisters as they look too small. If you have a good sale on 1/2-carat studs, please let me know. Im willing to pay $350 each. Ive been satisfied with previous purchases, but this experience was disappointing. I might keep these for my great-nieces when they get their ears pierced. Thanks, hoping for a better solution!

While I cant provide insight into the stone quality yet, as I havent had my earrings assessed, I can certainly share my observations about the setting. Upon receiving my earrings, my initial excitement was dampened when I noticed an issue with the setting. As I put them on, I quickly realized that the main stones setting was loose. The stone seemed to shift within the setting every time I touched my ear, which was particularly noticeable given my habit of twisting my earrings while lost in thought. Despite this, the earrings are visually appealing, boasting an impressive stone size and a comfortable fit. I might consider exploring another piece of jewelry from this brand before forming a conclusive opinion on the overall quality.

I think the sizes are a little off, other reviewers of several items agree. And they could do with more clearly labeling them as man-made/lab created jewels but nonetheless, fast shipping, good solid packaging, and very beautiful pieces. I am looking to buy others and will do so as long as they maintain standards. And get more sizes.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size, and sent an email, explaining my wish to exchange for the correct size. The next day I received instructions on how to proceed with the return. it is unheard of to receive info to resolve my error so promptly. I recommend this company whole-heartedly!
