I made several orders with this company, including a ring personalized with my childrens names and stones. Unfortunately, after wearing the ring for just a few hours, one of the stones fell out, and the ring was covered in scratches. It was evident that the ring was made of cheap silver, and I was quite disappointed. I contacted the company to request a refund, but the process involved numerous back-and-forth emails. Its frustrating because, by law, a faulty item should qualify for a refund, but with this company, I was only offered a credit note. Although I didnt need more jewelry, I had no choice but to accept the credit note. This experience has somewhat soured my previous appreciation for Mya Jewelry.

I must express my disappointment with my recent purchase from Myka Jewelry. The bracelet I received was far from what I had hoped for. The braided vinyl/leather material was surprisingly thin and flimsy, not meeting my expectations at all. To make matters worse, the “beads” turned out to be nothing more than flat and thin pieces of silver-colored metal, lacking the quality I had anticipated. The overall appearance of the bracelet leaves much to be desired, and I now find myself hesitant to give it to my son as initially planned. I regret not choosing a local option, especially considering the significant investment I made. This experience has left me truly disheartened.

This company is a complete scam. They keep asking for my order details but fail to locate my necklace. Their excuses about no tracking information are unbelievable. They want me to wait until a specific date and still havent confirmed if theyll refund my money. I have no interest in their product, I just want a refund. For Fathers Day, I purchased a leather braided bracelet with three meaningful inscriptions from MYKA. Unfortunately, within the first month, the clasp unexpectedly came undone. While I managed to have a local jeweler fix it in a matter of minutes, it was a bit inconvenient compared to the hassle of returning it to MYKA for repairs.
The bigger disappointment came about two months later when the leather band itself broke. What was initially frustrating was MYKAs initial refusal to honor the warranty because a jeweler had previously closed the clasp. This was perplexing, as the clasp issue had no bearing on the integrity of the leather.
After expressing my concerns here, I received a response from MYKA (as seen below), and they ultimately replaced the entire bracelet. This was a relief, as it showed a willingness on their part to rectify the situation.

I received the Rory bracelet as a gift. I saw it and sent the link to my family as a suggestion. I never read the reviews or checked out the company. The bracelet was late so we looked up reviews on BBB and thought this is it …..we will never receive it!! We received it almost a week late but it was well worth it.
Don’t know how they are messing up on orders so bad but if they can fix it the merchandise is nice and we’ll worth it.
