I recently purchased the Silver Siren Muse Mini Drop Huggie Earrings and initially, they seemed perfect. I even left a glowing review for Monica Vinader. These earrings were intended for my daughters wedding in October, but I decided to test them at a friends wedding. Unfortunately, within a few hours, I lost one of the earrings. The back clasps are not secure, and I suspect it got caught in my hair, coming undone and falling out. Im disappointed and wont risk buying from them again, as I wouldnt want to face the same issue. Im wondering if Monica Vinader can design a more reliable clasp to prevent this kind of mishap.

The shiny gold vermeil pieces from Monica Vinader lose their color surprisingly fast, even within about 6 months, despite being stored carefully in pouches and boxes. This is unusual considering minimal exposure to oxidation. Ive never experienced this with any other brand before. Typically, items wrapped and protected should retain their color long-term. Unlike other brands, Monica Vinaders quality seems to be lacking in this regard. Its disappointing, especially given their higher prices. While repairs are offered, its frustrating to need them for items that havent been worn extensively. The concern arises that even replacements might face the same issue. This has been a rather disheartening experience.

My children gifted me a pair of “silver” Huggies from Monica Vinader for my birthday. After wearing them for a short time, I felt discomfort and tingling in my ears, which seemed unusual for silver earrings. I kept them in while checking the website, only to find out they were indeed labeled as silver. Unfortunately, the discomfort turned into infected earlobes with irritation. Its puzzling why such expensive jewelry would cause these issues.

I have an affinity for the jewelry pieces offered by Monica Vinader; however, Ive encountered some issues with the durability of certain items. Unfortunately, Ive experienced instances where pieces have broken, including a delicate silver chain necklace that unexpectedly snapped. Moreover, the end components of my silver linear friendship bracelet also gave way, rendering it unwearable for fear of losing the adjustable slider along with the sentimental message on the band.
Even a heart padlock necklace, thoughtfully gifted by a family member on my birthday, proved problematic. The design of the heart locket led to its unintentional opening, causing the chain to disconnect. Regrettably, while wearing it, the chain came apart, and I lost the entire piece. It seems that the design of that particular piece wasnt adequately suited for its intended purpose.
Its disappointing because I genuinely adore the style of Monica Vinaders creations.

Bought the diamond essentials wire earrings with matching chain necklace and bracelet last week and they are beautiful. Needed the gift very quickly and so contacted the company through the WhatsApp option after I had ordered just to double check my items would arrive next day and got a response straight away to advise they would be and they did.
