    Im disappointed that my pendant broke. While it has been 8 months since I made the purchase, I certainly didnt expect it to last less than a year. In my opinion, it should have held up better. I believe it should be replaced, but Im now considering taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a 4mm rope chain and pendant, both in silver, as well as a 7mm Cuban link chain (silver). The rope and pendant were flawless and stunning. The 7mm cuban link chain was beautiful but had a misaligned clasp. I reached out to JAXXON and received a prompt response from Marie, who provided solutions. The cuban link chain is on its way back for replacement, and I appreciate their quick and efficient customer service. Looking forward to receiving the quality replacement.     My experience with Jaxxon Jewelry has been frustrating. After receiving the wrong replacement, I now have to go back to a store, return the item, and wait again for the correct one. While I understand the process, its inconvenient. Ethel was pleasant to deal with, but I believe they should have sent the correct item initially, considering it was their mistake. A return label for easy mailing would have been appreciated.

    I bought a Cuban link chain from Jaxxon Jewelry for my sons first piece. The chain itself is impressive and hes thrilled with it. Sadly, both chains had faulty clasps. They replaced the first one without issues, but they refused to address the problem with the second one. Its a manufacturing flaw that they should handle. Now, Im forced to pay $80 for local repairs. While the product is nice, their customer support should be more robust. If they had inspected the chain, they wouldve seen the clasp issue from the beginning. Its frustrating to face this situation and it makes me wary of future purchases from them.

    I placed an order for a gold chain and a Diamond cross pendant from JAXXON. The gold chain arrived as expected, but the package containing the cross pendant was delivered empty. The envelope had the authentication card but no pendant inside. Im now in the process of reaching out to JAXXON to address this problem. The cross pendant was a significant investment, costing over $1200, and receiving an empty box has left me quite disappointed. Im hopeful that JAXXON will be able to resolve this issue and provide a solution.

    For my husbands birthday, I decided to gift him a gold 26-inch chain from JAXXON Jewelry. It arrived just in time for the celebration. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment as we opened the package. The quality of the chain was far from what we had anticipated – notably subpar. The clasp, in particular, left much to be desired. It resembled the kind youd find on a low-cost necklace from a dollar store, lacking the durability and sophistication we had hoped for.

    This turn of events was disheartening, especially considering the positive reviews that had initially influenced our decision. The experience led us to the inevitable step of returning the necklace. The return process, fortunately, went relatively smoothly. We were provided with the necessary return postage, allowing us to send the necklace back. The return was promptly processed, which was a relief.

    Currently, we await the replacement chain. Its important to note that we were informed that the replacement underwent meticulous hand inspection before being dispatched to us again. This attention to detail is reassuring, as we anticipate a different outcome this time around.

    In retrospect, our experience with JAXXON Jewelry has been a mixed bag. While the initial disappointment due to the quality of the chain was undeniable, the smooth return process and the assurance of a carefully inspected replacement have offered some consolation. The final verdict on our interaction with JAXXON will likely hinge on the quality of the replacement chain and whether it meets our expectations for both durability and aesthetic appeal.

    My Cuban chain broke after 6 months of use, very light use, put it on, got to work with it and taken it on and off maybe 6 times. The clasp broke. They will not help fix it or exchange it. They offered 15% off for a new one. I can’t but a new chain every 6 months. Very unfortunate I loved it, but this service was terrible. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a chain that will last.

    I have bought from Jaxxon before. Their chains are amazing. I had ordered another chain and USPS lost my package. I contacted Jaxxon and they were super helpful and friendly. They turned the money I used for the purchase into a store credit and they gave me 15% off for the inconvenience. They are amazing to their customers and their chains are top notch.
