Initially I was reluctant to pull the trigger on a purchase with The Guu shop despite having done some research on their products and the company itself. Eventually, I was contacted by The Guu shop after they noticed I had a product in my cart that I had yet to complete purchase. I expressed my reluctance and they completely reassured! Later that same day I placed my order and by the end of that day my order was on its way in the mail. Hands down, I have never experienced such exemplary customer service from an online shop. From reaching out to reassure me about my purchase to even text updates during the entire life of shipping, you can not go wrong! Oh and the best part, the jewelry I received was emaculant. The pictures, and even the videos on the website dont do jewelry justice. The moissanite jewelry I received all came with GRA certification warranties, hits harder than any other piece of real jewelry I have, and it passed a diamond tester. The customer service alone is enough to make a purchase, but the jewelery makes it a complete no brainer. If you are on the fence like I was, for any reason, stop waiting and make the purchase. Trust me you will thank me later!

The product came defective! The cross is shinny but it was crooked! They said i have to send it back for exchange which can take up to 2 weeks for them to inspect than they will give me a code to order new cross which will take another 10 days to arrive! Such as horrific experience!

I ordered a chain from this company and never got my order just an empty package even when i paid protection for my order. I contacted the customer service and it was the worst i had ever experienced. Never reached out to me after they asked me to send pictures. Dont believe the comments of this people this are paid people to make you believe they are legit but they are not. If they were legit they would have work with my issue and they didnt
