My experience with Angara Jewelry was disappointing and unhelpful. Although I received the necklace promptly, its quality was subpar. Just hours after putting it on, the chain broke and the pendant fell. Fortunately, this happened at home. When I contacted Angara, they claimed I broke the chain and wouldnt replace it without a return fee. I raised the concern of what if it happened outside my home shortly after receiving it, to which they nonchalantly suggested buying a new pendant. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is concerning. This incident echoes Gregorys experience on March 20th. The promised call back from the company never materialized. Trusting Angaras chains and clasps is questionable at best.

I bought an engagement ring in January. Proposed in April. By July / August, the gemstone had fallen out as one of the clasps had snapped. Luckily the gemstone was in my wifes bag where it must have fallen off so it was sent back and repaired.
Not even a year later, the same thing has happened, only this time its 2 clasps that have snapped and the gemstone is lost.
Please please please do yourselves a favour and shop somewhere else. The lack of quality of their items is as atrocious as their customer service.

The stones are of high quality and I can personalize the size to fit the budget. Every piece comes in a luxurious box with a light, which further enhances the experience.
