However, just one day before I was set to leave for my wedding in Jamaica, I received a message from them stating that one of the bracelets had shipped, but the rest were out of stock, and they were searching for a suitable replacement.

    The necklace I ordered from Allurez Jewelry meets my expectations in terms of quality, although I did find the price a bit steep. The only downside was the extended delivery time, which left me somewhat disappointed. Despite this, Ive grown fond of the necklace and it has become a daily accessory for me.

    Opted for a custom setting for my engagement ring at Allurez and the result is fantastic. While the delivery took some time due to Covid, I wasnt in a hurry. Im yet to propose, so I hope the fit is perfect. Confident shell adore it though.

    The selection at Allurez Jewelry is truly incredible. My wedding ring set is so distinctive that when people see it, theyre blown away and ask where I got it.     I had placed an order for a ring from Allurez Jewelry, but there was an oversight with the prepaid appraisal missing from the paperwork. Upon leaving a review expressing this, I was pleasantly surprised by Kim from their customer service team. She promptly reached out to me via email and even followed up with a phone call, assuring me that the missing appraisal would be sent without delay, which she promptly did. Kims attention to resolving the issue left me truly appreciative. On another note, the ring itself is nothing short of stunning, exquisitely crafted, and beautifully designed. My satisfaction with it knows no bounds. Kudos to Allurez for their remarkable products and attentive customer service!

    My experience with Allurez Jewelry has been incredibly disappointing. I initially ordered a $400 ring online on 3/13/17, but upon receiving it, realized it wasnt what I wanted. I contacted their customer service, and they offered to create a new ring matching my specifications for $690. I agreed and received the new ring in May. Unfortunately, within 2 months, a stone fell out. After sending it back for repair, I received it on 8/6/17, only to have another stone fall out shortly after. A local jeweler confirmed the poor design and loose stones.

    Allurez offered to remake the ring, but the new ring received on 9/8/17 exhibited the same issues. Despite this, Allurez refused a refund, claiming it was a custom order. They dismissed my concerns about the settings quality and even suggested my local jeweler was biased. I sought another opinion, which confirmed the poor setting design. I had to spend an additional $483 to create a new ring using the stones from the original Allurez ring. In the end, I paid a total of $1,173 for a ring that was supposed to cost $690, due to their defective craftsmanship and uncooperative attitude.

    My experience with Allurez Jewelry was highly disappointing. I ordered a bridal set, including the engagement ring and band, without a center stone. The order arrived on schedule, but the engagement ring was missing two side stones. I promptly contacted Customer Service within 20 minutes of receiving the package, and they assured me a label for a return would be provided due to the quality issue. However, a week has passed, and Im still waiting for the label.

    After expressing my frustration, I decided to opt for a return instead. To my surprise, they now claim that returns are not allowed for custom work, even though the only alteration was resizing. Even more concerning, they refused to honor their warranty for the missing stones, even though the ring arrived in that condition.

    This ordeal has made me question the legitimacy of this company. In the end, I had to involve my bank in a chargeback process to reclaim my money. Its clear that Allurez did not fulfill its commitment, failed to address the quality issues, and disregarded its own policies. I strongly advise others to stay away from this questionable business.

    My experience with Allurez Jewelry has been an absolute nightmare. Despite their claims on the website, nothing has gone as promised. I made a full payment, and requested delivery, as stated on their site. Today is August 23rd, and the ring is still missing. Despite assurances that it would be just a few more days, theres still no sign of it. Their service is a web of lies.

    Even when the order finally arrived, it was the wrong size, and attempts to communicate and rectify the issue have been met with silence. We returned the ring for resizing, specifically asking for a new band, but they simply welded it back together. And now, within a mere 6 hours of having the ring back, the stones are missing and loose. Despite multiple promises, they failed to provide a watch as well. Allurez is nothing but fraudulent promises and a waste of money. Stay far away from this sham of a company.

    I had a disappointing experience with Allurez Jewelry when I ordered a bridal set consisting of an engagement ring and band, without the center stone. Despite the order arriving on time, my excitement turned into frustration as I discovered that the engagement ring was missing two side stones. I immediately contacted Customer Service to address the quality issue, but the resolution process has been far from satisfactory.

    Initially, I was informed that a shipping label would be sent to address the missing stones. However, it has been a week since that promise, and I have yet to receive the label. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I decided to request a return for the defective item. Surprisingly, I was met with resistance as they informed me that returns were not allowed for custom work, even though the only customization was sizing. Additionally, their warranty seemed to conveniently exclude coverage for missing stones, even though the ring arrived in this condition.

    My experience with Allurez Jewelry has left me with the impression of a company that doesnt uphold its policies and fails to deliver on its promises. This situation pushed me to initiate a chargeback through my bank, a route I had hoped to avoid. Its disheartening to deal with a company that not only fails to provide the product as paid for but also lacks the willingness to address the issue and provide a satisfactory solution. This experience has led me to strongly caution others against dealing with this company.

The majority of these digital platforms showcased lackluster selections paired with exorbitant price tags, all while seemingly fixated on the standard 10k gold offerings. Among these, I stumbled upon the Allurez website and was initially intrigued. The promise of handcrafted products made in the USA, hailing from a New York-based company, sparked some hope within me.

    Taking a leap of faith, I opted to order a 14K white gold opal and diamond cross for my granddaughters baptism. Just shy of two weeks later, my package arrived, bringing with it a surge of anticipation. However, the elation I expected was overshadowed by a sense of mild disappointment. The piece in my hands resembled what I had conjured in my mind, yet the execution somehow fell short of expectations. The perceived quality of the item didnt align with the initial appeal I had found on the website.

    Despite this discrepancy, I cannot ignore the fact that the cost was notably more reasonable than what I had encountered in the high-end jewelry stores – those fixated on the aforementioned 10k gold standard. Their customer service was indeed courteous and helpful, which I must acknowledge. Following my reception of the purchase, I even contacted them to request business cards, intending to share their information with my circle. While my overall sentiment leans toward a less enthusiastic endorsement, I do recommend considering Allurez if their range aligns with your expectations, and if youre ready to reconcile some variations between your imagination and the delivered product.

    I was very excited about buying my necklace here I found a beautiful 14K necklace that looks like a shopping bag with diamonds on it. I wait a week or something more and you know waht happen when I receive it? Trash…. and Im not mad for that, is a mistake it could happen to any company….. But I have 5 days trying to talk to them (I have send emails, called support and even chat with chat bot) And you know what? Any one respond to me…. Hopefully my bank will help me to get my money back.

    I sent an email two times, because I was having trouble checking out with a financing option, no one even bothered to respond. Because it took so long waiting for someone to respond to me, I missed out on a free necklace with purchase. I finally figured out how to check out on my own. To me that is showing a total lack of customer service or caring about their customers. I did end up making a purchase, but I am doubtful that I will do it again due to the lack of caring.

    WARNING STAY AWAY. This is my first ever bad review on an item purchased. I purchased my engagement ring at the end of 2022. I proposed to my fiancé on Christmas Eve 2022. Just 2 months later the stone fell out and was lost. My fiancé was very careful with my ring and was distraught. When we called Allurez they said a lost stone was not covered in the warranty which I understood. The solution give was they could replace the diamond for me if I purchased a new one. I decided to take my ring to a local more reputable jeweler who was shocked by my ring setting. That the setting that had been “custom” made to hold my oval diamond was for a square or rectangular diamond. This is when I became irritated. Not only did I have cleaning companys come out to search for the stone, but I had someone come out and take apart my washer just for the hope that stone would be in there. All this time thinking it was my fault. Then finding out that not only was my setting wrong but there should have been no way the should’ve fallen out after only 2 months of having. I called the Allurez 1-800 number just to be told that everything from them was custom… “apparently custom for a square diamond”. I do believe the setting was custom but that custom was wrong. That I could send my setting back to be evaluated, or I could pay to replace the stone. No thank you. I WOULD NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE STONE IF THE SETTING HAD BEEN CORRECT. At this point I have already purchased a stone and paid a reputable jeweler to fix my prongs to fit correctly around my shape diamond. Dont go through the same emotional rollercoaster I went through. Go spend your money elsewhere. The convenience of the online purchase is not worth the quality you will receive.
