Due to an error, the earrings were initially sent to the wrong address and UPS declared the package lost or stolen. However, Gorjana truly stands by their products and their brand. They immediately sent out a replacement pair of earrings to make up for the ones that didn’t reach me. For this alone, they deserve full marks, a solid 10-star rating. The customer service team was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive.

Moving onto the huggie hoops themselves, they are exactly what I was looking for. The size (8mm) and color matched my expectations perfectly. They fit snugly around my earlobe, just as I had hoped. I was seeking petite and delicate earrings that I could wear every day without discomfort, and which wouldn’t cause irritation to my highly sensitive ears.
