BEWARE: Take extreme caution and do not purchase from Swetelove Jewelry. Their customer service department is horrible, they will occasionally respond to you as a means to delay any real and reasonable resolution to concerns or quality issues. I have had a terrible experience with them and because they are located in China you are powerless to have them be accountable to resolve any issues you many have with your purchase. There is to much detail to summarize my experience but I have contacted my credit card company, a US Federal Department, and I’m writing this review as my means to alert you, the consumer, to stay away from Swetelove Jewelry. I have offered them time and suggested resolution to my issue with them and they have not responded to me since my suggestion of resolution. I also told them the steps I would take if I did not hear back from them – so this review and my further actions will not be a surprise to them.

I bought a ring for $100 from Swetelove Jewelry, but the entire experience left me quite dissatisfied. Firstly, it took more than three weeks to receive the ring. Upon inspection, the quality of the ring was disappointing. The placement of some jewels seemed off, and the colors appeared distorted. In general, the ring didnt meet my expectations in terms of quality and sparkle. I even compared it to a $20 ring my husband got at Ross, which looked better in terms of sparkle. I feel let down by the quality and wont be making any future purchases from this brand. It seems like their advertisements dont quite live up to the reality.

However, the ring did not arrive until well into January. Upon receiving it, I noticed the ring felt unusually light, almost like plastic. To verify its authenticity, I consulted two jewelers who both confirmed my suspicions: the ring is not made of silver.
Seeking a refund, I contacted Swetelove, only to be met with attempts to offer me $10 and then $15 to keep the fraudulent item. This is after I had spent over $130 on the order. Refusing these offers, I demanded a proper refund, but now the company has stopped responding altogether. This pattern of behavior is consistent with other reviews Ive seen. Swetelove seems to be running a scam. I wont give up, and Im considering reaching out to US Customs to protect fellow consumers from falling victim to this deceitful company.

They offered a partial refund of $30 for this mistake. Additionally, their website advertised “Sapphires” for the stones, but I received CZs (zircons) instead, with no mention of this substitution on their site. Despite multiple requests, they declined to provide a written certificate stating the total carat weight of the ring. This experience left me dissatisfied and questioning their transparency.

I would have gave you a six star but last month you guys sent me a Ring that wasn’t completed. I appreciate you returning $40 on that product. I’m still not satisfied, but if the ring is not completed, but I agreed to except it the way it was the only reason I ordered this ring because of the chink and the inside barons so from now on do not send me anything that’s not completed.
