Despite my Safari browser being up-to-date on my Mac Laptop, Im consistently told to update it or even buy a new computer. This is unique to Ruby Lane, as no other site has given me such trouble. They suggest using Google Chrome, which I find intrusive and less secure than Apples system. I only persist with Ruby Lane for the vendors unique offerings; otherwise, Id have stopped using it. Additionally, theres a longstanding issue with their Pinterest button for Apple users, which remains unresolved for three years despite promises of a fix.

I also wrote the seller re shipping and she answered me and was very cooperative. I think RubyLane sellers are the best. Also your search engine is the best in my opinion of any selling sites. This is the main reason I like to shop with you. I can pin point a search to exactly what I need, and not have to look at endless pages. Please keep this search standard up in the future too to keep it the best in the business. I won’t even bother with Etsy…you get all sorts of junk to wade through – you cannot pinpoint a search.
