My experience with Roma Designer Jewelry has been quite disappointing. The item I purchased was difficult to adjust, as the ball didnt slide smoothly. When attempting to adjust it a second time, the piece broke! This was a huge letdown, and I regretted making the purchase. The issue lies with the fragile o-ring that connects the end ball, and if it breaks off, the chain becomes unusable. Despite my efforts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive a replacement. This is particularly frustrating since Ive bought multiple items from Roma, including pendants for gifts and various chains. Sadly, I wont be considering Roma for any future purchases due to this poor experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Roma Designer Jewelry. Last weekend, we found wedding rings we liked but were required to pay the entire sizing cost upfront. When we returned to make the purchase, we waited as she assisted other customers. Despite acknowledging us and assuring us shed help us soon, we were left waiting. Another employee, possibly the owner, asked if we were helped and she confirmed without attending to us. After waiting around 20 minutes, she abandoned us to assist newcomers interested in a ring in the window. It seemed she prioritized them, assuming they were bigger spenders. Ironically, they intended to spend only $1000, while we were prepared to spend more. I chose to pay slightly more at DJ Jewelers across the street, where I received both the desired items and friendly service. Sometimes paying a bit more is worthwhile for a positive experience.

Im quite disappointed with my recent experience with Roma Designer Jewelry. I had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of two necklaces – one in gold and the other in silver. However, upon receiving them, my excitement quickly turned to dismay.
The gold necklace didnt match the color of my genuine gold jewelry; its shade of gold was too yellow and seemed unnaturally shiny, giving it an artificial appearance. Additionally, the pendant turned out to be larger than I expected, and this oversight on my part further contributed to the disappointment.
The silver necklace suffered from similar issues. The silver tone was too shiny and not quite what I had in mind. Just like the gold pendant, the size of the pendant on the silver necklace was also too big for my liking. Its worth noting that many people wouldnt typically wear a pendant thats as large as a real diamond, making it appear less authentic.
Amidst these letdowns, I do appreciate the adjustable chain feature, which is a small silver lining to an otherwise unsatisfactory experience. Overall, I find myself quite bummed with the outcome, as the necklaces didnt match my expectations in terms of color, shine, and pendant size.
