I love the bracelet it is nice however, the clasp closure isn’t secure it falls off all the time. I’m not sure when I will lose it.
I wish it was more secure. I really love the type of clasp as it looks rich but it isn’t something is wrong with mine.
I waited a while to write my review. I wanted to experience my bracelet and I’m glad I did to give a real experience review.
So, just be cautious of that You need to be paying full attention while wearing it mine falls off all the time because my clasp isn’t secure tight enough. I’m not sure otherwise a beautiful bracelet

Unhappy with the delay, I requested a refund, only to receive no response. To my surprise, the necklace arrived 2 weeks later. When I questioned this, they said no refund was possible due to customization. Their customer service was unsatisfactory, making me advise against using Nevaeh Jewelry.

Despite their so-called lifetime guarantee, I was informed that since it wasnt within the initial 14 days and didnt involve tarnishing (the only coverage in their guarantee), they couldnt assist me except by offering a 30% discount. Its perplexing to think about buying more from them when two out of three items already broke. Their warranty seems misleading and fails to cover the poor quality of their products.

I reached out for help on July 26th, asking for a refund or replacement, but I havent received any response from customer service. Ive sent three more emails since then, but still no reply. Its disappointing to experience such a lack of communication and action.

I recently took advantage of the two-for-three offer and purchased three rings from Nevaeh: the thin rope, the fidget ring, and the intertwine adjustable. While the first two rings met my expectations, the intertwining ring did not align with what was showcased on the website. Unlike the image, there was no gap between the ends of the ring on one side of the knot. I promptly contacted customer service and provided them with pictures as evidence. Although they acknowledged the issue and initiated a replacement order, it took another week before the replacement ring arrived. Disappointingly, the replacement had the same flaw as the original.
In the interim, I resorted to spending an hour delicately separating the ends with tweezers wrapped in a polishing cloth. Despite my careful efforts, the gold tone on the ring wore off during the manipulation. Furthermore, I found the rings adjustability to be limited. Although it demonstrated the strength of the steel, the rings size was on the smaller side (pinky size), and not being able to adjust it larger led to discomfort as it dug into my fingers side due to the short ends.
Interestingly, I noticed that there were no reviews for the Neveah Intertwine Ring on the product page, which made me suspect that others may be experiencing the same issue. I informed customer service that I had altered the ring and thus waived the right to a refund. In response, they provided a 20% discount code as a gesture of apology. Regrettably, this discount wasnt practical, as the site had more enticing offers available.
Another aspect of my experience that fell short was the packaging; despite the rings being advertised to come in individual pouches, all three were consolidated into a single pouch. While I appreciate the appealing gold tone of their jewelry, this purchasing experience has left me with reservations about returning to Neveah. The fact that a product was sent out twice with discrepancies from the advertisement has shaken my confidence in their offerings.

Was told that because it was outside the 14 days and didn’t involve tarnishing (the only thing that their lifetime guarantee covers) they couldn’t do anything but give me a 30% discount. Why would I buy more if two of the three items I bought already broke ? Dumbfounded !
Anyways their warranty obviously likes to mislead and not cover for the fact it’s 💩 quality.

I would have given it 5 because the products are absolutely amazing but the personalised necklaces break and when they do the company states it’s policy says they can’t do anything about it which is such a shame all it would need is a little ring to put it back together. Their bangles and earrings are amazing and they are good in water and don’t tarnish plus the lifetime warranty is amazing. I would definitely recommend earrings and bangles but nothing personalised. I have bought from them twice and definitely be buying again and would recommend others to aswell. However I think the necklaces should be tested more to ensure they are strong and don’t break
