Navigating MoissaniteCos policies as a first-time buyer has been a somewhat rigid experience. I was in the process of deciding between various sizes and brands, and I wanted to make the most of an ongoing sale. However, when I inquired about applying the sale discount to potential exchanges of the same product type, I was met with a firm “no” from customer service. Furthermore, when I asked about future sales, I was told that they never have sales, which was a bit surprising.
The prospect of paying restocking fees for my purchases is looming, and I cant help but wish for a more lenient approach, especially for first-time buyers. A more accommodating policy in such cases could incentivize purchases and help customers make more informed and satisfying choices.

Im absolutely in awe of my stunning ring from MoissaniteCo Jewelry – its a true love affair! From the very start, I reached out to Mike and Chris over the 4th of July weekend, not expecting a quick response, but they surprised me with their prompt reply the next day. I shared a photo of my dream ring, although it was from a website with poor reviews that I didnt want to buy from. My research led me to Moissaniteco.com, where I found raving reviews on all platforms, and I was determined to make my purchase here.
Although the exact ring wasnt on their site, I was apprehensive about the response Id receive, fearing they might say, “Sorry, whats on the site is all we have.” But Mike and Chris exceeded my expectations. And then came the wait. In just 4 days, I was notified that the ring was ready, and they promptly sent it out with a FedEx tracking number for my convenience. It arrived in less than a week. Opening the box was a moment of pure joy – I cant recall ever being this happy! The ring is beyond perfect, fulfilling all my hopes and dreams. A heartfelt thank you to Chris and Mike! I was pleasantly surprised when my ring from MoissaniteCo Jewelry arrived two days earlier than expected. Its a beautiful piece with a 7.5mm center stone in a tiffany-inspired ribbon design, set in an 18k palladium band with a rose gold setting (eng656). Despite initial hesitation due to the overseas purchase and cost, Chris was amazing in addressing my queries. A payment processing issue was swiftly resolved through live chat with Elizabeth and follow-up emails with Chris. This being my first moissanite purchase, the brilliant cut stone is flawless. I wish the 5-star reviews were genuine and that others had positive experiences, but unfortunately, mine wasnt the same. The ring I received lacked the dazzling brilliance I expected. The setting looked incredibly cheap, far from the beautiful picture I had seen. The quality was disappointing. Returning it cost me $75: $25 for shipping and $50 as a restocking fee. Its essential to read the fine print. On the bright side, the customer service was helpful, and I received a refund promptly, minus the restocking fee. I had hoped the stone and setting would live up to their descriptions, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Despite my reservations, I feel its important to share my honest review.

Were open about them being Moissanite Co. pieces, aligning with our lifestyle. Were content not being a diamond family. However, the websites UX/UI needs improvement, with some filtering and sorting enhancements to enhance the shopping experience.

I decided to purchase a Moissanite pendant from MoissaniteCo because they proudly claimed their jewelry was “Made in America.” However, upon opening the gift, we noticed the pendant box had a “Made in China” sticker, which was disappointing. Customer service initially dismissed my concerns, but after escalating the issue, they provided evidence that the chain and mounting were indeed made in the USA. It appears the “Made in China” sticker only referred to the box. Although the experience could have been smoother, the business eventually addressed our concerns.

The rings I purchased from MoissaniteCo are of good quality; however, the customer support aspect leaves much to be desired. Inquiries I made regarding variations among stone suppliers, band materials, and matched wedding bands for engagement rings were met with responses that displayed a glaring lack of knowledge about their products. On occasion, the support staff even adopted an argumentative stance, resembling children who havent done their homework and are confronted by their teacher.
In a nutshell, if you decide to make a purchase here, its best to conduct all the research on your own and refrain from seeking clarifications through questions. On a positive note, the ring itself looks splendid, and my fiancé is delighted with it. The quality appears to be commendable, and the presence of a warranty adds assurance in case any issues arise. Ill make sure to provide updates should any quality concerns arise in the future.

Customer service representatives were rude, inconsiderate, disconnected and contradicting. They also sent us the WRONG size of my engagement ring and are trying to charge us to get it resized even though they sent us the wrong size. They also were trying to come up with ways that its the wrong size because its “our fault.”Truly one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Its really sad.
They also claim that we damaged it- per their response below. But we absolutely have not. Unless simply putting it on my finger and taking it off is considered damaging it. They do not care at all about anything except money. Spare yourself and go somewhere else.
