    My experience with Mint & Lily Jewelry has been a bit frustrating. I placed an order for two necklaces, but only one arrived, even though both items were marked as “delivered” in the tracking information. I reached out to their customer service, and their responses seemed somewhat automated, as they repeated the same information in each email.

    I requested a replacement for the missing necklace, and they asked if I wanted one, but they never confirmed whether they would send it or provide a new tracking number. Im still waiting to see if they will indeed send the item I paid for, and Ill update my review accordingly.

    I believe it would be beneficial to customers if Mint & Lily provided more detailed information about the materials used in their jewelry pieces. While their pricing appears somewhat on the higher side, I decided to place my first order, primarily influenced by the additional discount they offered. Im eagerly anticipating the arrival of my items and will reserve judgment on the overall quality and value until Ive had a chance to assess them firsthand.

    Mint & Lily seems to have changed manufacturers. Ive purchased rings from them before that were of excellent quality. However, my recent order of the same style was a disappointment. The gold plating rubbed off immediately, the metal felt flimsy, and the craftsmanship was subpar. When I contacted them, they replaced it with another low-quality item. Unfortunately, they refused a refund. This experience has left me disappointed, and I wont be considering Mint & Lily for future purchases.

    Im quite disappointed with my experience with Mint & Lily Jewelry. I ordered earrings as a graduation gift but encountered an issue with the delivery address. I reached out to customer service via email about a week ago, but I never received a response. Instead, I received numerous promotional emails offering discounts on their products. Today, I got an email stating that my order was delivered, but I havent received anything. Ive sent another email to inform them about the non-delivery and request a refund, but Im still awaiting a response. This companys service has left me greatly dissatisfied. As for their products, I cant comment since I havent received them yet.

    It seems that Mint & Lily has switched manufacturers. Ive been a previously satisfied customer, ordering high-quality rings in the past. However, my recent order, which was the same style as before, turned out to be drastically different. The gold coating rubbed off immediately, the metal was flimsy, and the craftsmanship was poor.     The jewelry pieces I received from Mint & Lily were undeniably beautiful, and the quality seemed to be top-notch. I have no complaints whatsoever about the actual products themselves. However, there was a notable shipping delay with one of the items, extending beyond two weeks. While this might not entirely be attributed to M & L, it did contribute to the overall experience.

    I ordered two necklaces and a cuff bracelet. Regrettably, both necklaces arrived tangled in a way that made them seem irreparable. I reached out to their customer support, who impressively responded almost instantly. They suggested using baby oil to manipulate the tangle and untangle the necklaces. However, I was hesitant to risk damaging the delicate pieces, especially since they were intended as gifts.

    In an attempt to salvage one of the necklaces, I spent approximately an hour using needle-nose pliers to gently work on the tangle. Thankfully, I managed to fix one of the necklaces. Unfortunately, the same success didnt apply to the other tangled necklace, which remains unresolved.

    While the quality of Mint & Lilys jewelry is impressive, the shipping delay and the issue with the tangled necklaces did affect my overall experience. Its disappointing to have received tangled items, and even though customer support was responsive and helpful, I do wish this issue could have been avoided entirely.

    The process was easy but I would recommend an easy way to review/edit the personalized items. I could not find anywhere how to see the words once I typed them, to be sure I didnt misspell anything. I looked for awhile and finally just ordered it and hope for the best!

    I still have not been compensated for the four ring that were disastrous The signature ones. Yet, I still order from you guys. The cuffs are ill-fitted, and easily fall off, I am hoping for a better experience this time.

    I like that compared to the other company I was going to go to, that there was a lifetime guarantee. That there was great reviews for the customer service in the product compared to the other company I was going to purchase that. So that need all the difference the fact that there was a customer service to contacts in if there was any issues to know that this company would help in any way to fix the issue. And I like that there was more of a variety. So I wish there was more a variety on the necklaces and maybe a chain that wasnt so dainty. So that was the only reason for the four stars and not five plus I really dont know how well anythings going to be yet since this is the first time I ordered with them.
