I strongly advise against shopping with Maxine Jewelry. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. The items I received were not the correct size and bore little resemblance to their online representations.
When I attempted to initiate a return, their policy left me frustrated. I was instructed to return the items at my own expense via USPS and to falsely declare their value as under $15, despite having paid $115. This request was both unethical and unacceptable. I am more than willing to return the items, but I refuse to engage in dishonest practices. Moreover, their website lacks clear information regarding the customers responsibility for return shipping costs.

I recently ordered the “sunshine necklace” from Maxine Jewelry as a birthday gift for a dear friend, and I also had it engraved. During the process, I had a question regarding the delivery timeline, and I must say that the representative I spoke with was not only exceedingly polite but also very helpful in addressing my concerns. Their customer service added an extra layer of satisfaction to my shopping experience.

I strongly advise avoiding Maxine Jewelry. My experience with them was highly disappointing. The items I received were the wrong size and looked nothing like the website. When I attempted to return them, I was told to cover the return shipping cost myself and even suggested to undervalue the package. This unethical practice is unacceptable to me. Additionally, their website fails to mention the return shipping charges, which is misleading. Beware of these practices and look elsewhere for a better experience.

Im a fan of the elegant and simple design. This marks my second purchase from Maxine Jewelry, and their customer service remains impressive. My only minor issue was the interpretation of the shipping timeline—while I expected the item to arrive within 3-5 business days, it turns out it referred to the processing time before shipping. Regrettably, this led to a missed gift opportunity. Nonetheless, I recognize that was my mistake. Overall, Maxine Jewelry is a fantastic company to deal with!

Their responsiveness is truly impressive, promptly addressing any inquiries at any hour. Whether its day or night, their support is readily available. When I needed to send my rings for repairs, I reached out to the customer service team for guidance on the process. They swiftly provided me with a comprehensive email containing all the necessary details, streamlining the entire procedure for my convenience. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this company to fellow jewelry enthusiasts who appreciate swift and efficient service.

The customer service at Maxine Jewelry is exceptional! Although my bracelet arrived looking beautiful, there was an issue with the enamel—it was sticky, moved, and stained my skin. I reached out via email, and the team promptly provided a return label and initiated a hassle-free exchange process. Their responsiveness and willingness to address the concern were truly commendable.

Im delighted to share my experience with Maxine Jewelry. As a winner of their Facebook giveaway, I had the opportunity to choose between two rings and opted for the stunning band. The delivery was surprisingly swift, and the communication through FB messenger was exceptional—always prompt and polite.
The ring arrived with thoughtful packaging, including a box and bag, along with clear instructions. The ring itself exceeded my expectations—its incredibly dazzling and sparkly. The sizing was spot on, adding to my happiness. Im truly satisfied and impressed. Im looking forward to future purchases from Maxine Jewelry. I wish I could show you a picture of the breathtaking eternity band with diamonds all around—its simply exquisite.

I purchased two rings from Maxine Jewelry, and I must say they exceeded my expectations in terms of beauty compared to the website images. Im genuinely pleased with my purchase. As a pleasant surprise, they included a complimentary pair of CZ earrings. Shipping was smooth, and I even received the items a day earlier than expected. Despite my initial concerns due to some negative reviews, my experience turned out to be excellent. The rings are of remarkable quality as well.

I ordered two rings from Maxine Jewelry during a promotion, where you buy one and get one free. The pictures online were quite magnified compared to what I received. The rings turned out to be thin and of poor quality. Its a classic case of “you get what you pay for.” When I expressed my disappointment in an email, they offered a store credit instead of a refund. I declined, as I wanted my money back. The customer service was quite a hassle. Furthermore, I discovered that the jewelry is from China, not the USA. If I return the items, Id have to cover the shipping to China, with no guarantee of a smooth return process. This experience has taught me to be cautious when shopping at Maxine Jewelry. I wont be returning as it feels like a rip-off.

I deeply regret falling for what appears to be a scam by Maxine Jewelry. The ring I received doesnt seem to be an actual stone; it looks more like a gel substance or magnifying glass with glitter inside. Id value it at around $6, a far cry from the $100 price tag. Please avoid wasting your money on this. Its evident that they misrepresented the product, and this raises suspicions of a scam. Their ad portrayed a beautiful stone, but the reality is disappointing. Whats concerning is the lack of negative reviews when they advertise on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. This lack of criticism is suspicious. I should have trusted my instincts and not fallen for it. Its frustrating that theyre likely operating from China, making it difficult to take action. Interestingly, I found the same ring on AliExpress for a fraction of the cost. Using search words like “High Carbon Diamond Rings For Women Sparkling Bridal,” I would have paid $20 instead of $100. However, in my opinion, even $20 wouldnt be worth it. This companys practices need to be addressed and scrutinized.

Im utterly disappointed with Maxine Jewelry. Within just one month, the ring I purchased has faded and turned cloudy. I reached out to inquire about their supposed “one year warranty,” but the process has been nothing short of a hassle. Instead of honoring the warranty, they offered cleaning instructions or the option to pay $35 plus $25 for express shipping. A complete joke and a letdown!

The ring I received from Maxine Jewelry was undeniably beautiful, just as it appeared on their website. My fiancé proposed to me with this ring on 3-23-23, and it looked stunning. However, my excitement was short-lived as, within just three days of wearing it, one of the stones on the delicate criss-cross band of the three-ring set had fallen out. This was a major disappointment for me, especially considering how careful I am with my jewelry, and I certainly didnt do anything to cause the stone to come loose.
When we reached out to Maxine Jewelry, attaching pictures of the ring and explaining the situation, their response was to request that I send the ring back to them, all the way to China. The idea of dealing with international shipping and potential customs fees to return a defective item seemed like a frustrating and expensive endeavor, especially considering that the entire three-ring set had only cost $167.
It would have been much more reasonable if Maxine had offered to replace the specific defective ring rather than the entire three-ring set, based on the evidence I provided. While I should have been more aware that the company is based in China, the handling of this situation was quite disappointing. Rather than going through the hassle and cost of returning the ring, I have decided to seek a replacement from a more reputable company.
This experience has certainly made me more cautious about purchasing from Maxine Jewelry in the future. The way they handled this situation fell short of what I expected, and I believe they could have handled it much better.

Terrible!!!! Don’t order from these people. They do not do what they say. Their jewelry is poorly made. First day two stones popped out and I immediately notified them and I have be totally ignored. They are taking peoples money and I am sure they know their not going to back up there work and take care of their customers.

As several people have stated already this company has terrible customer service that has a heavy scent of scam to it. The setting of the ring I purchased was of such poor quality prong broke & stone fell out within a few months of wearing it. Company wants me to either pay $45 for replacement or send back defective ring to China at my expense for repair for an item that is still under warranty. Both utterly ridiculous options! DO NOT waste your money with this business.

I placed and order and found a similar item locally and requested to cancel the order not even 24 hours after my purchase. They took 4 days to respond and then told me it was too late to cancel because the item had already shipped, which is horrible customer service. Not to mention I have ordered from them in the past and it took a week or more to ship an item out. I feel like they rushed this just to deny my cancellation request. I will never do business with them again.
