My experience with Leibish Jewelry has been incredibly disappointing. Firstly, they delivered my necklace a month later than promised, and when it finally arrived, the quality was subpar. Upon contacting their customer service, they advised me to return it for a refund, but heres where things took a turn for the worse. After I returned the item, they inexplicably kept my money and ceased all communication. There is no phone number to reach them, and it appears Im not alone in this ordeal, as a quick online search reveals others with similar terrible experiences. Please exercise caution when dealing with this company. Beware!

While the ring I purchased from Leibish Jewelry was indeed beautiful, I faced some issues with the delivery process. Although Dani kept me updated and even offered free inscription, the delivery didnt go smoothly. The package was signed for by my neighbor, but I received no notification, which wasnt their fault but still caused inconvenience.

Originally, I bought a loose stone to place it in an old setting I had lying around. Unfortunately, that setting didnt bring out the stones true beauty, leaving me with regret. I wished I had gone with the 3 stone trapezoid setting I initially considered. Luckily, Dani came to the rescue. She was incredible to work with and made the process seamless. Since they already had scanned my stone, they could craft the setting based on that image. Additionally, a black speck appeared in the diamond, and I eventually lost the ring during spring cleaning, despite resizing. Leibishs customer service remained top-notch throughout, and I recognize that my experience might have differed with another ring.

My recent experience with Leibish & Co. via eBay left me rather frustrated. After purchasing a stone from them on eBay and completing the payment through PayPal, I was taken aback when they unexpectedly canceled the transaction. To compound the issue, they sent an intra-eBay message asking me to confirm the cancellation of the order. Oddly, there was only the option to mark “Ive been refunded for this canceled item,” which I did not select.
This situation has forced me into the tedious process of reporting the matter and seeking a refund through eBays guarantee program. Dealing with this has proven to be a hassle. The reason they provided for the cancellation was that the item had been sold on another platform, essentially admitting to breaching eBays policies.
Its disheartening to have encountered such a situation with Leibish & Co., as this experience contradicts the smooth online shopping process one expects. The apparent disregard for eBays guidelines and the inconvenience of dealing with the aftermath has been quite frustrating.
