I was so upset, I reached out to their customer service and they were so helpful and they told me what the cost was up front to fix it and where to ship it to. When it was in their hands they gave me a call and let me know my options and because everything is done in-house they were able to do it in a timely manner and an affordable price. After a couple of days and a couple of phone calls back and forth I finally got what I wanted and they took care of the shipping back to me and when I opened the package it was like a brand new ring. Im absolutely stunned with the beauty of their product and the absolutely thoughtfulness of their customer service.
