Their claim that the product is made of Silver is questionable. Both my daughter and I experienced severe “burn” marks on our fingers after wearing one of the rings. Contacting them led to unhelpful advice like “make sure hands are dry and dont wear it all the time.” Even after trying this, the issue persisted. They denied a refund due to the return date, offering only an exchange. Why would I want a replacement with the same outcome? They repeated this stance for weeks. While polite, they refused to address the problem properly or offer a refund for their problematic product. Their response continues this pattern. My daughters finger bears a burn mark from their product, proving its their issue. Their inability to provide a solution or stand behind their product is disappointing. A zero-star experience overall.

Its best to avoid this company; their customer service and jewelry quality are both disappointing. Unfortunately, despite the quick deterioration of the rings, Im being denied a full refund. In just 6 weeks, the rings have become unusable. Ive seen better-quality Christmas crackers.

The frustration deepened as I struggled to identify the type of paint or coating used and how to remedy the issue. My attempts to seek guidance from Jeulias customer service went unanswered on two separate occasions – first when I initially encountered the problem, and later when I sought information for potential repair.
Regrettably, this experience has left my husband feeling disheartened as well. What was initially meant to be a meaningful and cherished gift now appears to be a symbol of compromised quality. The dragon ring, which held such promise, has become a visual representation of the challenges we faced with Jeulias product and customer service.
In hindsight, while the initial allure was captivating, the subsequent decline and lack of support have cast a shadow over our perception of this piece. The unanswered inquiries regarding repair options and the lack of response from customer service have further emphasized the disappointment associated with what was meant to be a cherished accessory.

Now they expect me to return items send them a receipt for postage and they will reimburse me, after reading reviews I dont trust them to reimburse me or send me a new set. Stay away from this company customer service is rubbish as is the jewellery. Apparently Im not entitled to a full refund. 6wks and the rings a fit for the bin. Ive had better out of Christmas crackers.
