My order has yet to ship even though the website initially stated a 21-day shipping timeline. Its now been 39 days, and the ship date remains uncertain. I placed my order on February 25, hoping for delivery by the end of March. However, its now April 5, and I still havent received an updated ETA. Its basic customer service to provide an updated ETA when the original ship date has passed.

I requested a quote for that setting in platinum. The first representative quoted me $1400 for the setting and $1200 for the band. Curious about potential discounts or sales, I mentioned that another site (Friendly Diamonds) had offered a quote of almost $600 cheaper for both items combined.
Rather than exploring the possibility of matching the price, the representative suggested a smaller diamond to reduce the overall cost. I then informed him that I would check back with the other site. To my surprise, he became frustrated and abruptly ended our chat.
Undeterred, I engaged with a different representative on another occasion and inquired about the same items. This time, I was quoted $1800 for the setting and $1200 for the band. When I inquired about the discrepancy between the quotes, the second representative falsely claimed that the first rep had quoted me for a different product. However, this wasnt the case.
The second representative insisted that their pricing was the lowest available. When I challenged this assertion by presenting the quote I received from Friendly Diamonds, he declared that they would match any lower price. I provided evidence of the lower quote, but to my dismay, he declined to match it.
In light of these experiences, I would caution against wasting time with this questionable website. Their inconsistent pricing and unwillingness to honor price-matching commitments make them an unreliable choice for jewelry shopping.

Opting for a size 6, a size consistent with my fiancées existing collection of rings, I anticipated a perfect fit. Regrettably, the ring from Brilliance doesnt quite meet expectations in this regard. Rather than embracing her finger with a snug fit, it slides around, a phenomenon absent in her other rings. In response, we found ourselves purchasing ring size adjusters to counteract the looseness. While my fiancée speculates that the ring is more akin to a size 7, the prospect of enduring a 10-15 business day wait for resizing from Brilliance doesnt hold much appeal.
Thus, weve decided to explore the option of seeking a local jeweler to facilitate the resizing process, preferring a more expedient route. While the overall experience with Brilliance and the beauty of the ring are certainly highlighted, the discrepancy in sizing has proven to be a noteworthy hiccup. Its a reminder that even in an otherwise smooth journey, unforeseen bumps can arise that necessitate some improvisation to ensure a perfect fit.

Overall I love my Diamond and setting. The ring looks beautiful but the two rubies they set inside the setting are both damaged and cracked still. They were supposed to fix them when I sent the ring back to them but they did not. Shipping took much longer than expected. I sent the ring back May 11th to have it fixed. I received it back June 29th and the rubies still aren’t fixed! Also read the return policy very carefully. Don’t make the mistake I did.

Truly custom as well I choose items on the website and they upgraded the band from baguettes to actual diamonds. Excellent throughout the whole process from pricing to quality.
