When the ring finally arrived, it was in unacceptable condition. The engraving was incorrect, with script font turned into capital block letters and an aborted attempt at additional engraving. The ring lacked the 14kt stamp and had poorly sized setting claws, obscuring the stones.
Considering the delays and quality issues, I am relieved we ordered well in advance of our wedding. Nonetheless, the experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with Amoriums customer service and product quality.

After dealing with corporate customer service and weeks of back-and-forth, they proposed replacing it with a supposedly “more durable” gold ring, claiming that silver “doesnt hold up.” We then spoke with the manager at the Appleton, WI store, Kayla, who was understanding but needed to consult with corporate.
The next day, I receive a call offering a refund for the initial ring and a mere 25% off a new one. On top of that, they expected me to purchase another protection plan. Knowing their jewelrys instability, I couldnt believe they were asking for more money. While I understand jewelry markup, their proposed solution was outrageously priced – another $625 for a white gold version, even with the supposed savings factored in.
Im committed to spreading the word about this ordeal to my social media circle. This situation was handled poorly, considering the numerous repairs and lack of wear time. I advise against purchasing their jewelry and discourage shopping at Amorium altogether.
