There was confusion regarding the tracking information, but eventually, I received an email stating that the item had arrived earlier than expected. I planned for the recipient to pick it up in-store, but encountered resistance from the store staff, despite prior inquiries about this possibility. I even sought assistance from customer service, who suggested a guest pick-up option. Unfortunately, the store personnel cited a policy that prevented them from releasing the item to my guest. They proposed canceling the order and reordering it for home delivery, which could take up to 60 days. This situation has proven to be a significant inconvenience, and Im left with no choice but to refrain from future purchases with this company.

    My encounter with Agmes Jewelry has been utterly frustrating. I purchased a $1407 ring with cash, but after only 10 days, I returned it. After 3 weeks, I finally received a refund check. However, when I tried to deposit the check at the same bank, they labeled it as fraudulent. Despite multiple visits to the store and calls to their head office, Ive yet to receive my money, which has been almost 3 months now.

    During my first visit in September, they promised a refund check within 3 weeks. However, it never arrived. When I went back in October, they assured me the check was mailed on the 20th, but Im still awaiting its arrival. This ordeal has left me extremely disappointed, and I regret having dealt with a company that appears untrustworthy and unresponsive. If possible, I would give them a zero rating due to their broken promises and dishonesty.

    My experience as a customer of AGMES, an online retailer specializing in minimalist jewelry, has been rather disappointing over the years. Despite their claims of providing high-quality products, my interactions with them have left me unimpressed.

    While their website boasts a clean and user-friendly design, it seems to be nothing more than a facade. The product pages might appear organized, but the information provided about each piece of jewelry is often lacking. Details like materials, dimensions, and weight are crucial when making a purchase decision, and AGMES falls short in delivering comprehensive information.

    The images on their website might be of high quality, but they can only do so much to compensate for the lack of proper product descriptions. The checkout process might be smooth, but this hardly makes up for the frustrating experience of receiving a piece of jewelry that doesnt live up to expectations.

    Speaking of expectations, the quality of the jewelry itself has been a major letdown. Despite their claims of using the finest materials, the reality is far from luxurious. The craftsmanship leaves much to be desired, and Ive found myself regretting many of my purchases from AGMES.

    While they may have garnered positive reviews from others, my experience with AGMES has been nothing but disappointing. Their promise of stylish and high-quality jewelry falls flat, and I cant help but feel that Ive wasted both my time and money on their products.

    Their chains are poor quality and routinely break. I purchased one chain, decided to pay to ship it back to get longer one. That broke, they replaced it, broke again. I asked for a full refund and they said they would replace the chain. Slow to respond on our last interactions when they asked for a photo. Save your money for another chain/company that wont break when you put it on.
