Talisa, as a company, should prioritize rectifying its own mistakes and improving its customer service. Rushing the remake, quicker responses and better attention to customer inquiries would have made a difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unsatisfied and unwilling to continue doing business with them.

While I appreciate their efforts in customer service, I did encounter some quality concerns with the items I received. The charm I purchased had a clasp that wasnt secure, leading to instances where I almost lost the charm due to it falling off. After communicating the issue, they were kind enough to reorder a replacement, which I am currently awaiting.
My experience with the stack rings I got for my daughter was somewhat disappointing. The rings were engraved with her name and her babys names, along with their birthstones. Unfortunately, one of the stones fell out even though the baby is just 3 1/2 months old. Talisa Jewelry has agreed to send a replacement for this as well.
I must commend their customer service for being responsive and helpful in addressing these issues. However, my concern mainly revolves around the quality of the products. While their customer service has been reliable so far, I wonder about the longevity of the items, especially once the warranty period expires. Any jewelry needs to withstand the test of time, and Im hoping that Talisa Jewelry can stand behind its products in the long run. Overall, the items I received were visually appealing, but the durability aspects raise questions about the overall quality of their jewelry pieces.

Complete junk. Bought a bracelet for my husband for Father’s Day and it broke within minutes of wearing. I spent way too much for this poor craftsmanship. I reached out to customer service. Opened a ticket. And they are unresponsive. Do not buy from this company. If I could give zero stars I would. They are a fraud.

The pictures online amd the descriptions of the necklace I had a choice of 1-4 ,names. I chose 3 and received a necklace with 4 plates and only 3 had names (duh I only have 3 kids) but the point is I paid over $100 and expected to get what I asked for and got told “they come woth for as default”

Their customer service was wonderful! I made an error on a bracelet that ordered for Mothers Day. It was my mistake, but their team took care of it for me at no charge. Even when I contacted them after I received the replacement to see if they would invoice me, they told me not to worry about it.
Customers need to pay particular attention to the bracelet sizing. If you are purchasing for someone with larger hands, increase the size to 7.5, or if you have someone with a small wrist who likes bracelet to not be snug, you may want to order up.
