Instead of replicating my handwriting, they used a different font and inserted the chosen phrase. I must admit I was thoroughly disappointed with this outcome. However, I also ordered a friendship bangle and a knot ring, which I was quite pleased with.

This inconsistency and lack of transparency have left me questioning the credibility of this company. Its evident that they do not uphold their promises and their communication lacks reliability. As a result of this frustrating experience, I have initiated a fraud claim against them.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against ordering from Story Jewelry. The whole experience has raised concerns about their legitimacy and commitment to their customers. Its crucial to exercise caution and explore other options to avoid disappointment and potential scams.

They false advertise in every way. I received my order and it looked nothing like the photos, it was a completely different color stone. I asked them if it was a faulty product which I could exchange or what and was told that even if it was exchanged it would look the same and the stone isnt the color in the picture. Since that is why I wanted it, I requested a full refund and was told I would receive it. Instead of 54.00 refund I was owed, I was refunded $5.40 and when I asked them to fix this error, I was told that was correct as it was a 10% refund, which was not what I was told originally. I have asked for weeks to simply return everything and get my money back since it is not as agreed upon and it is like they just wont allow it. I am going to have to file a chargeback on my card and that really makes me very frustrated all over trusting this SCAMMING company who false advertises everything. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE DONT TRUST THEM!

First the ring came back with the birthstones matched up to the wrong name. I said whatever about that but like two weeks ago the birthstones came out. Bought end of March. There is no reason that a ring that is not worn everyday should be missing stones. Will not purchase from them again. I know they dont care because they have plenty of customers but this has been my experience.

Placed an order May 15,2023, they instantly withdrew the money from my account but sent no email confirming they received the order. Waited until May 26th to send them an email (their website states customer service is available 24/7) asking for update on the order and to let them know I couldnt give them a tracking number due to no communication from them. As of today, their 24/7 customer service still hasnt responded. Would give a negative star rating if it was available.
