I encountered a slight issue with the gold chain and locket I purchased from Reeds Jewelry. The gold chain had a different color tone compared to the gold locket. Unfortunately, I couldnt return it due to a time-sensitive event I had in mind. Under different circumstances, I would have returned it as I expected both components to match in terms of gold color.

As a first-time customer, I had higher expectations from Reeds Jewelry. With its reputation, I thought Id receive top-quality service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. I ordered a Pandora bracelet, and while the packaging was exquisite, the bracelet itself was tarnished and had a noticeable dent. Luckily, it was intended for my own use; otherwise, I would have been embarrassed to gift it. Its disappointing that the products werent thoroughly inspected before shipping.

My experience with Reeds Jewelry was quite frustrating. I purchased a David Yurman x bracelet from their website but received the x necklace instead. After two exchanges and three deliveries, I finally received the correct David Yurman cuff. Despite informing them of my urgency due to an upcoming trip, they didnt choose next-day delivery, resulting in a 5-day delay. The bracelet I received had dirt on it, and I was disappointed to find that there was no original packaging or remedy provided. Overall, the service and experience fell short of my expectations.

My experience with Reeds Jewelry was highly disappointing. I ordered a mothers birthstone ring and necklace, customizing them with writing that was shown in a readable black color. However, upon receiving the items, I was dismayed to find that the words on both pieces were in silver, blending with the items color, and incredibly tiny, rendering them unreadable. If I had the means, I would seek an alternative source for these items, but I am certain I wont be returning to Reeds Jewelry for any future purchases.

There are positives and negatives to my experience with Reeds Jewelry. I appreciate the option to exchange the ring for stones that better align with the online representation. However, the downside is the prolonged wait for the replacement ring. Its been well over a month, and Ive yet to receive any communication about its status. Im left wondering when its appropriate to consider requesting a refund given the extended timeframe without updates.

We were filled with anticipation to receive the cross necklace we ordered for our sons homecoming after his time overseas. To ensure its timely arrival, we opted for expedited shipping. Initially, Reeds Jewelry sent an email with a tracking number for FedEx, which turned out to be incorrect. The necklace was shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, UPS encountered a mishap and lost our package.
In response to this situation, I reached out to Reeds and spoke with a representative. They assured me they would investigate the matter and promised to return my call with an update. Regrettably, I never received that follow-up call as promised. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I had to take the initiative to call again. Eventually, a new representative had to reprocess the order and arrange for a fresh shipment.
Although I appreciated finally receiving the necklace, the experience fell short of the exceptional service I have come to expect from Reeds. While the situation was ultimately resolved, the journey to get there was far from seamless and left me disappointed in the level of service received.

The sales associate was not the most helpful. I saw a product on your website but it was not in store at the location I visited. When I asked about the earrings she said that a pair had came in but it was for another customer. She showed me a few more products but it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. I went back to the Reed’s website and the earrings was still available. I asked her to place an order for pick up in the store. She said it only allowed her to ship it to my address. I’ve shopped at this location on a few occasions and never had this experience of the associate not wanting to help me.She asked for my ID and billing address even after I told her that I was already in there system as a customer. The worst experience ever.

The Pandora Charms and Pandora Safety Chain I ordered came on time and they were exactly what I expected. Beautiful and high quality. I first time visiting a Reeds Jewelers Store was a few a month again at the Valdosta Mall in Valdosta, Georgia. I was helped by Heidi Kelley who knows her jewelry. She was very kind and helpful. I went to gave my Pandora Bracelet cleaned. I ended up buying three charms.

Was hit hard with the decision to get a refund however, the employee that sold it to me deserves credit. she went above and beyond to help me and I have nothing bad to say about her and the store manager they all went above to help me but in reality I couldnt afford it right now and plus the way it came to me in the Mail it was scratched up I didnt like that so I got a refund but I have nothing negative to say about this store great service.
