I deeply regret not heeding the warnings in the reviews before making my purchase with Glamira Jewelry.
To begin with, the ring I received had the Glamira logo on it, despite my explicit request for no logo. Furthermore, the engraving on the ring was poorly executed, appearing crooked and uneven.
Adding to my disappointment, the ring arrived damaged, compounding the issues with my order. The actual appearance of the ring was far from the elegant piece showcased on their website. This, in my opinion, borders on false advertising, as the disparity between the online images and the real product is striking.
The rose gold on the ring lacked the luster I had anticipated, prompting me to inquire about exchanging it for an all-white gold version, which seemed reasonable given the errors in my order. However, I was informed that I would need to place a new order, a decision that left me dissatisfied. I also asked if I could at least receive the 15% discount I had initially used with my original order, but regrettably, this request was also denied.
Overall, my experience with Glamira Jewelry has left me disheartened and unlikely to consider future purchases with them.

I placed an urgent order for a ring with Glamira, hoping for express delivery. However, they didnt meet their estimated delivery, leaving me stressed and disappointed. Their lack of communication about the delay was frustrating, especially when planning something special.
Even worse, the ring came with its logo imprinted by default, which feels unethical. Despite thoroughly checking the ring, I missed the hidden setting and ended up with our inscription on the side and their logo in the center.
I cant endorse this company. They seem like mass producers with reliability issues and a lack of personal touch. My experience with Glamira has been far from satisfactory.

3 diamonds fell out of my ring within 3 months. We have returned the ring to them for ‘inspection’ which could take up to 30 days – but they will not refund the money (£530) – it does not qualify under the terms of their returns policy (which seemingly does not allow for faulty goods). Their customer service rep over the phone refused to acknowledge uk law and simply referred me to their policy. Rude and dismissive.

Buyer Beware! Very poor customer service. When my fiances ring came in the sapphire was much darker than the online picture. I called customer service and after a 35-minute hold was given the procedure for returning ring for exchange or refund. Was told tiny serial number tag had to be returned with ring. My fiance took tag off to try ring on. Luckily we found tag. But now company says tag must still be attached to ring to get refund. Glamira you are better than this, to avoid 100% Guarantee by making customers jump through hoops. Im now working with a national jewelry store to buy sapphire and mount it. BUYER BEWARE!
