Despite multiple assurances, I received an email stating a production delay. After calling, they claimed it would still be delivered on time. Later, I was informed they didnt have the ordered diamond and offered a free upgrade.
They guaranteed the upgraded ring would arrive punctually, but today, the intended day, I received another delayed email. Upon calling, I discovered it wouldnt even be shipped for another 3 days. Frustrated, I had to cancel the order and find a replacement hastily. This experience makes me question CaratLanes credibility and reliability, as their commitments proved untrustworthy.

Ive owned my engagement ring from CaratLane for less than 2 years. Unfortunately, three months ago, I noticed a hairline fracture, and despite my husbands efforts to get it fixed, CaratLane deemed it unworthy of repair. Now, the band has broken completely at one spot, resulting in the loss of a diamond. This happened to my white gold poppy band. Ive lost trust in their service and wont risk sending it back. Instead, Im opting for a local re-setting. While the diamond is intact, I strongly advise avoiding CaratLane due to its poor customer service. Unfortunately, I cant share images to illustrate how bad the situation is.

However, its important to address some areas where there is room for improvement. Amidst their strengths, certain aspects fall short, which cannot be disregarded. A notable concern is the absence of proactive communication regarding the status of product availability. Customers were not kept informed through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp updates, which could enhance transparency and expectation management. Additionally, a lack of advance communication for home visits was evident, with notifications often arriving at the last moment, leading to inconvenience.
Coordination for product delivery times also seemed to be lacking, as customers were not contacted to align on suitable timings. The punctuality of home visits could certainly benefit from improvement, as it contributes significantly to customer satisfaction. An area of concern lies in the websites failure to reflect product non-availability and discontinuation, which could lead to confusion among customers.
Furthermore, a promise made but not fulfilled was regarding gift wrap material, which was assured but not provided upon delivery. While CaratLane Jewelry boasts numerous strengths, its imperative to address these points of concern to provide a well-rounded evaluation of its services and offerings.

Previously I write the review based upon the customer care executive behaviour. Previously she helps me in selecting Jewellery and aarange home appointment. But with very disappointed I am writing the review.. that they are not providing me any home trail and even they dont send a message for that. All the time I follow up with executive and the boy assign for trail. They even not inform me that they are not able to arrange home trail. So much disappointed with the service.
